Awakening Life provides AI-powered consciousness exploration and spiritual inquiry through conversational guidance, community discovery features, and educational content. Our AI guides users through investigative questions about the nature of self and consciousness, drawing from established methodologies of nondual inquiry.

IMPORTANT: Our AI guidance is for educational and exploratory purposes only. It is not therapy, medical treatment, psychological counseling, or professional mental health services. The AI provides investigative questions and philosophical inquiry, not medical advice or treatment for mental health conditions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Features may include guided conversations, community content exploration, voice interactions, and social engagement tools like our flower appreciation system.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed. You may not share your account or allow others to use your login credentials.

You are solely responsible for your participation in consciousness inquiry and any insights, realizations, or changes in perspective that may arise. You acknowledge that spiritual exploration can sometimes involve challenging or disorienting experiences, and you participate at your own discretion and risk.

Our platform is not suitable for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, suicidal ideation, severe depression, psychosis, or other serious psychological conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services, a crisis hotline, or seek immediate professional help.

While consciousness inquiry can be profound and transformative, we strongly recommend having support from qualified mental health professionals if you have a history of trauma, psychiatric conditions, or are taking medications that affect your mental state. Spiritual practices can sometimes intensify underlying psychological conditions.

You agree to discontinue use and seek appropriate professional help if you experience persistent distress, disorientation, or any concerning psychological symptoms during or after using our platform.

Our AI technology, while sophisticated, has inherent limitations. The AI may occasionally provide responses that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or not suited to your particular situation. You acknowledge that AI responses are generated by algorithms and should not be treated as infallible wisdom or personalized advice.

The AI maintains conversation history within your ongoing chat sessions, allowing for continuity in your consciousness exploration. You can control how much previous conversation context is included with each AI request. However, the AI cannot provide the same level of nuanced, long-term guidance relationships that human teachers or therapists would provide.

You agree not to rely solely on AI guidance for important life decisions and to use your own discernment. The AI facilitates self-inquiry but cannot guarantee any particular outcomes or realizations.

Our Community Discovery platform allows exploration of consciousness conversations shared by users. When you share conversations publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use the content for platform purposes, including educational use and AI training.

You are responsible for any content you share and must not post material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates others' rights. Shared conversations should relate to consciousness exploration and maintain appropriate respectful discourse.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms, is deemed inappropriate, or could harm users. The flower appreciation system is for recognizing meaningful contributions, not for commercial promotion or manipulation.

Awakening Life's platform, AI models, interface design, and proprietary methodology for consciousness inquiry are protected by intellectual property laws. While the underlying spiritual principles are universal, our specific implementation, AI training, and technological approach are proprietary.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to recreate our AI methodology or extract our training data. The knowledge base and conversation techniques represent significant research and development investment.

User-generated content shared publicly becomes part of our educational resources, while private conversations remain your intellectual property but may be used in anonymized, aggregated form for AI improvement and research purposes.

Premium features require subscription payment processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free access includes basic community exploration with daily usage limits. Premium access includes guided conversations up to your billing period usage limits and priority support. Pricing and features may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features through the end of your paid billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or violations of these terms, while providing reasonable notice when possible.

We take privacy seriously and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. Conversations are used to improve AI guidance but are not shared with third parties except in anonymized, aggregated form for research purposes.

Voice interactions are processed for AI response generation but are not permanently stored unless you explicitly save them. Anonymous usage analytics help us improve the platform while protecting your privacy.

You may request data deletion according to applicable privacy laws, though some anonymized data may be retained for AI training and platform improvement purposes.

AWAKENING LIFE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that consciousness inquiry will lead to any particular insights or outcomes.

In no event shall Awakening Life, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to psychological distress, relationship changes, or life decisions made based on insights from consciousness inquiry.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, inappropriate conduct, or if we believe your use poses risks to yourself or others. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

Upon termination, your access to private conversations will end, though publicly shared content may remain visible. Premium subscriptions will be cancelled according to our refund policy.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
